2. About Digital Card Suite
Digital Card Suite is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create and manage digital business profiles, digital visiting cards, corporate profiles, wedding invitations, portfolio websites, QR code-based profiles, event pages, and other digital identity solutions.
Important Note: Digital Card Suite provides only the technology platform. We do not create, verify, edit, endorse, or approve user-generated content.
3. Definitions
- Account: A registered user account on the platform.
- Content: Any text, photograph, video, logo, trademark, document, PDF, image, social media link, business information, contact details, QR code, audio, design, or other material uploaded or published by a user.
- User ("You"): Any individual, business, company, organization, or entity using Digital Card Suite.
- Subscription: Any paid or free plan offered by Digital Card Suite.
- Services: All products, features, and services provided via Digital Card Suite.
4. Eligibility
- You may use our Services only if you meet the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- You provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Your use of the Services complies with all local, national, and international laws and regulations.

6. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload, publish, or display on or through the Services. However, you are solely and entirely responsible for:
- Every profile, page, and QR code you create or publish.
- Every image, video, audio file, document, PDF, brochure, or product catalogue uploaded.
- Every logo displayed, trademark used, external link added, or social media account linked.
License Grant to Us:
By uploading content, you grant Digital Card Suite a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing the Services to you.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright Responsibility
Digital Card Suite does not pre-screen or verify ownership of uploaded content before publication. By uploading any content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content, or you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and explicit legal rights to use and display it.
- Your uploaded content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, patent, design rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Legal Consequence: If any copyright infringement, trademark dispute, privacy claim, or legal complaint arises from your uploaded content, you alone shall be solely responsible for all legal and financial consequences.
8. Platform Status & Disclaimer
Digital Card Suite acts strictly as a neutral technology service provider.
- We do not create, edit, or curate user content.
- We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any user-uploaded material.
- We do not monitor every upload, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
9. Prohibited Content & Activities
You are strictly prohibited from uploading, publishing, or promoting content that falls under the following categories:

| Offensive Material | Hate speech, terrorism, violence, child exploitation, obscene/adult content, harassment, or defamation. |
| Illegal Business | Unlawful gambling, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, money laundering, or unauthorized financial services. |
Violation of this section will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without any refund.
10. Reporting Violations & Take-Down Policy
If we receive a legitimate complaint regarding copyright/trademark infringement, fake identity, fraud, illegal activity, or a government/court order, Digital Card Suite reserves the right to immediately:
- Remove or disable public access to the infringing content.
- Suspend or permanently terminate the offender's account.
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement and competent regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Card Suite, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business reputation, arising out of:
- Your use of or inability to use our Services.
- Any unauthorized access to your account or data.
- Any content uploaded or conduct displayed by any third party or user on our platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Card Suite and its team from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of any clause in these Terms.
- Any third-party claim that your content caused damage or infringed upon their Intellectual Property rights.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India Government, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delhi.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
